Socialtel Granada Hotel

My favourite property in Granada. Extremely accommodating staff and beautifully decorated accommodation. Good breakfast with fabulous products.

Everything was simply great. The hotel was beautifully designed with good breakfasts. The rooms were modern and silent, with private balcony. The staff was extremely accommodating, as for 3-stars venue.

Simply one love, recommend it to anyone. It has a great bar and very very helpful staff.

Affordable massages were a highlight of my stay.

I had several frustrating issues . First, I paid for breakfast upon check-in but was unable to use it properly due to a lack of a ticket. As a result, I had to pay again. I found the food prices to be outrageously high, especially when there are many local options available at a fraction of the cost. Finally, the cleaning service left much to be desired. My room wasn't cleaned on two consecutive days despite my requests.

Well, it was a really nice stay for 2 nights of our stay. The hotel was in an excellent location really close to the center of the city, right in front of the catedral as well as Parque Central, very close to main pedestrian street for restaurant and night life.

Obscenely loud noise disrupting sleep!!! Must improve sound insulation for a more relaxing experience!!! Overly aggressive upselling tactics by staff can make guests uncomfortable, especially families with children!!!

The fresh local pastries from nearby vendors were a good surprise.

The shared bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, often having hair left in the showers.

The vibrant atmosphere is enjoyable, and the amenities like the pool and co-working space are nice touches. The noise at night can be disruptive, especially on weekends, and the service at the bar was a bit lacking when it came to drink availability.

We loved the central location and enjoyed a walking tour that showcased Granada's rich colonial heritage. The kids had a blast playing foosball and pool, and the friendly staff always made sure we felt welcome. It was perfect for our family getaway.

My kids wished there were more activities for younger guests. A better kids' program would really make this place stand out for families.

Super comfortable mattress for a great night's sleep.

the noise from the street was a bit annoying (especially in the morning! ). the staff was super helpful, the room had a great balcony, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

It was just a commendable fit for a swift stopover in Granada with great value. The food was decent but definitely on the pricey side! Bring your own snacks to save some cash.
